Our Commitment to Fair Service

Service Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery. Services cancelled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total service cost. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply for services already rendered. Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

Damaged Goods

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence is required for processing. Our team will inspect the damage and determine appropriate compensation based on declared value and insurance coverage.

Insurance Claims

Insurance claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery. Full documentation including proof of value, purchase receipts, and damage assessment is required. Claims are processed according to the terms of your insurance policy.

Documentation Required
